May have some wear and tear from use, including small scratches, scuffs, small dents, etc. We have had issues getting the touchscreen to work on these with Windows 10, and some of the touchscreens may just be bad themselves. So this model came with a touchscreen, but it's not guaranteed to work. Besides the touchscreen, everything is fully tested and works perfectly. Hard drive has been wiped and has a fresh install of Windows 10 Professional. Includes battery and power adapter. Battery has been tested to hold a charge, but specific battery life has not been tested.
