May have some wear and tear from use, including small scratches, scuffs, small dents, etc. Most have a small crack in the cover on the back that covers the connector port (see picture 5). Does not have touchscreen (originally had a touch screen, but the touch functionality no longer works). Besides the touchscreen, everything is fully tested and works perfectly. Hard drive has been wiped and has a fresh install of Windows XP Professional. Includes battery and power adapter. Battery has been tested to hold a charge, but specific battery life has not been tested.
